I’ve always been drawn to the stories people carry: their resilience, their pain, and their hope. My path into mental healthcare began with a deep desire to offer support where it’s often hardest to ask for it.

My goals for you

I collaborate with patients to set clear, meaningful goals that reflect their values and priorities. Using structured frameworks, I help define objectives around symptom relief, emotional resilience, and functional improvement. Goals are revisited regularly to ensure they stay relevant and achievable.

Our first session

During a first session, patients can expect a warm, respectful conversation focused on understanding their concerns, history, and goals. I’ll review relevant medical and mental health background, clarify current symptoms, and begin building a personalized treatment plan.
