My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy was born from a deep-rooted calling to be what I didn't always see—someone who listens with intention, holds space with compassion, and understands the silent struggles woven through culture, family, and faith. I became a therapist because I believe in the power of transformation.

My goals for you

I view therapy as a collaborative effort. Together, we will recognize and establish goals that are significant to you, whether they pertain to enhancing relationships, fostering self-esteem, or pursuing another personal aim. As we collaborate, your objectives may change as you acquire new perspectives.

Our first session

Our initial session will serve as a chance for us to familiarize ourselves with each other. We will explore your history and the reasons that have led you to seek therapy. It is entirely natural to experience anxiety regarding your first appointment. We will approach it gradually, and I am here to support you through every phase.
