I help clients who have experienced relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and the trauma of divorce begin the healing and forgiveness process. I've worked with women recovering from addiction and provided outpatient counseling to adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges.

I work with young adults and adults facing relationship issues, past or childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, infidelity, divorce, parenting struggles, major life changes, career difficulties, self-esteem concerns, grief, and spiritual struggles if desired.
My approach
I use Person-Centered Counseling to build rapport and help you identify your needs and set goals. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Restructuring, we'll identify and dispute maladaptive thoughts, replacing them with healthier beliefs. I teach healthy boundaries, assertive communication, and coping skills.
