I work with LGBTQ+ adults who are navigating religious trauma, queer identity, relationship challenges, anxiety, and shame, with special focus on lesbian couples counseling. I provide support and practical strategies to help you process trauma, strengthen relationships, reduce shame, and build the confidence to live on your own terms.
My approach
I use person-centered therapy integrating IFS, Narrative therapy, MI, and Feminist principles. I specialize in lesbian couples counseling as well as religious trauma, ENM/poly dynamics, and queer identity. Progress means self-compassion, stronger boundaries, less shame, and freedom to choose your own path.
