My journey to mental healthcare

I have always wanted to be meaningful, where I was of service to others. Social work provides me the opportunity to engage with stigmatized and underserved populations to improve their quality of life.

My goals for you

I take an individualized approach with every client that includes a specific, measurable, obtainable, reasonable, and time-oriented goal-setting process.

Our first session

Generally, my first sessions are a chance for us to get to know each other. I want to observe and listen to get an understanding of the client's reason for seeking therapy and the goals they want to achieve from our sessions. I want my clients to be in control of the sessions where they can feel open and honest to discuss anything with me.
