My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career as a Psychologist in Brazil before moving to the U.S., where I continued my training and became an LMHC. As an immigrant, I’ve navigated big transitions myself, which deepened my passion for helping people build healthier relationships with themselves and others

We combine insight with action. I help you understand what’s underneath your struggles and then guide you in applying strategies in daily life. We revisit goals often and adapt them as you grow, making the process collaborative and empowering.
