Hi there, I'm Kerry!

Taking this step toward therapy shows real courage. I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress, and mood disorders. I take a client-centered approach, helping each person set treatment goals and work toward a life of balance.

If stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, or depression keep your life from feeling as full as you want, I can help. I work with adolescents and adults through all life transitions. Life can be busy and stressful, and my focus is to help you live a life of balance. Balance looks different for everyone, and we'll map out what that looks like for you.

My approach

I meet you where you are emotionally. We'll set goals together, and I'll help you navigate bumps and blocks along the journey. Goals are flexible and adapt as you learn and grow. This can include cognitive behavioral skill building, practical life management solutions, and venting about daily stress or difficult relationships.

My communication style

I provide a calm, safe space for you to be open and authentic. I'm a non-judgmental listener and believe that, at times, humor and laughter can help with feeling comfortable in the therapy setting.

My journey to mental healthcare

I cannot remember a time when I did not want to be a therapist. I started treating clients with eating disorders and expanded to also treating those going through divorce and other life transitions, along with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. It's incredibly rewarding to help my clients find a life of balance.

My focus is to help you live a life of balance. Balance looks different for everyone, and we'll map out what that looks like for you. We'll set goals together and adapt them as you learn and grow, working toward a life that feels full and meaningful.

Our first session

The first session can feel scary! I admit that each time I meet a new client, I get butterflies in my stomach. It's my honor to get to know you in such a personal way. I'll ask questions to learn why you're seeking therapy now. I encourage you to ask questions and bring up any hesitations so we can talk through them together.
