I'll introduce mindfulness practices you can use when feeling overwhelmed, helping you feel more present, calm, and in control.
My approach
My approach is integrative but grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe lasting emotional change begins with examining how we think. In our work together, therapy is a space to learn how to think differently. We'll identify patterns of thinking that may be irrational or unhelpful and work to challenge and replace them.
