Hi there, I'm Kelly Ann!

Are you overthinking everything lately? Feeling stuck, frustrated, or disappointed in yourself for not living a healthier, more balanced life? If you're struggling with ruminating thoughts, procrastination, low motivation, or destructive emotional reactions, you're not alone—and I can help.

My focus

I help you recognize how your thoughts influence your emotions. Together, we'll identify negative thinking patterns contributing to distress and learn how to reframe them in a more balanced, realistic way. I'll introduce mindfulness practices you can use when feeling overwhelmed, helping you feel more present, calm, and in control.

My approach

My approach is integrative but grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe lasting emotional change begins with examining how we think. In our work together, therapy is a space to learn how to think differently. We'll identify patterns of thinking that may be irrational or unhelpful and work to challenge and replace them.
