I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults navigate anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity concerns. Using a warm, psychodynamic and evidence-based approach, I help clients understand the patterns keeping them stuck so they can build greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

I work exclusively with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals who appear to have it all together but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can't seem to break.
