I offer a warm, supportive communication style. With experience as a therapist, I offer a positive and hopeful experience so that you always feel understood.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am naturally inquisitive, intuitive, and curious about people's inner lives. I have also endured many personal struggles, which have increased my ability to be empathic.

My goals for you

I ask clients to begin to think about goals by first asking this question: "Imagine that you can go several months into the future and I have helped you build the life that you want. How are you feeling? What does your life look like, and what changed?"

Our first session

The first session is a time for us to build a connection, which is the foundation of a successful therapeutic relationship. This is a time for me to listen carefully to your needs and begin to earn your trust.
