My focus
I work with adults over 22 from all walks of life, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have experience supporting individuals who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Aging, and Chronic and Terminal Illnesses.
My approach
I use a Trauma-Informed, Strengths-Based Approach to create a safe and encouraging atmosphere. I believe you are the expert on your own life and that your right to self-determination takes precedence. Through a strong therapeutic alliance, you can gain insight and create lasting changes.
