Hi there, I'm Rachael!

My goal is to support and validate your experiences while exploring what you need to shift in order to feel more stable. I think it's important to have someone objective to support decision-making and recognize that when you have a singular view, it's hard to weigh options. I'm here to offer differing perspectives to better inform your choices.

My focus

I work primarily with youth and families around parents setting limits and helping youth take perspective. As a family therapist, I collaborate with siblings, school systems, parents, and various agencies to ensure the best treatment approach possible. I also work with young adults to help support their independence.

My approach

I strongly believe in a client-focused approach. I often say that I don't treat a diagnosis, I treat an individual. I pull from Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Feminist Theory, DBT, and CBT to meet your unique needs.
