Hi there, I'm Kate!

I think you deserve to love yourself—in your feelings and with your actions. It's okay to have compassion for yourself. I'm a cringe AuDHD-er who isn't afraid to be radically soft. We're here to get strong by getting un-tough.

My focus

I live to deconstruct people-pleasing and codependency alongside people who navigate the world as women or femmes, or who were socialized with that expectation in childhood. I love building positive disabled identity with people coming into new disabled identities. I am wholeheartedly trans-affirming.

My approach

My approach is eclectic talk therapy with a Lived-Experience-Informed-Practice orientation, rooted in autistic and ADHD community wisdom. Attachment relationships and intergenerational patterns are central. Our bodies keep the score, so my primary approaches to self-regulation are sensory and movement-based.
