I work with clients facing anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and challenges in social interactions or relationships. We'll examine what has worked well for you in the past and consider new ways to confront your situation. Learning to regulate your emotions can help put you back in control.
My approach
I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to explore patterns from the past that haven't been helpful and consider better approaches going forward. Together, we can evaluate how to manage symptoms while carrying on daily living, and also look at what these symptoms might be trying to tell you. Pain can be informative.
