Effective communication is as much about listening as speaking. Active listening, empathy, and understanding non-verbal cues are the basis of my practice. I create a quiet, private environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly during assessment and treatment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began in primary care but found untreated mental illness was the main barrier to helping my patients. I went back to specialize in psychiatry so I could treat the whole person. I'm honored to focus solely on mental health care.

Getting you involved in your care is the basis of my practice. Through collaboration, we create an individualized, evidence-based care plan that leads to the best compliance and health outcomes.
