My journey to becoming a therapist was rooted in a deep desire to support others through life's challenges with empathy and purpose. What drives me in this work is witnessing transformation—being a part of someone's healing journey, helping them reconnect with their inner resilience, and seeing them thrive in ways they once thought impossible.

Our first session

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we begin getting to know one another. I'll ask questions to understand your concerns, background, and what led you to seek therapy. Together, we'll identify your goals and discuss how we can work collaboratively.
