I enjoy working with young adults and adult professionals with OCD and/or anxiety. Although I do not act as a primary therapist, I am well-versed in CBT/ERP and reinforce these concepts during medication management appointments.

My goal is to prescribe conservatively when appropriate, allowing for meaningful behavioral, cognitive, and lifestyle changes.
