Hi there, I'm Elizabeth!

Elizabeth Erban is a bilingual MFT who has over 20 years of experience working with adults, families, and couples. Elizabeth uses a collaborative approach and is endorsed in infant mental health aged 0-5yrs. She provides support to the parents of neurodivergent children as well as adults with ADHD/AuDHD and their partners or family members.

My focus

I work with neurotypical and neurodiverse adults individually, in couples and family groups. I work with late diagnosed neurodivergent clients, parents of neurodivergent children to provide insight and support as well as with adults who are struggling to manage anxiety, depression or relationship issues both neurodivergent and neurotypical.
