My approach is beneficial for individuals who are thoughtful, self-aware, and maybe a little hard on themselves. My clients are often people trying to hold it all together, managing anxiety, navigating difficult relationships, coping with burnout, carrying past experiences, or feeling unsure how to move forward but ready for change.

Many challenges we face are rooted in self-protection that helped us cope in the past. Sometimes these habits continue to serve us, while other times they hold us back. I use a blend of CBT and solution-focused approaches, but above all, I keep the focus on you, who you are, what you've been through, and what you need right now.
