Sessions are collaborative and compassionate, where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to explore your emotions at your own pace. You can be yourself, knowing I will listen carefully and guide you with thoughtful feedback.

My journey to mental healthcare

I found myself drawn to listening to others and being curious about how thoughts and emotions shape lives. What drives me is the privilege of being part of someone's healing journey, helping people gain clarity, build resilience, and find hope.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to goal setting. Early on, we explore your unique values, challenges, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we break these down into manageable steps. Throughout our work, we regularly review progress, adjust goals as needed, and celebrate achievements.

Our first session

You can expect a welcoming, open environment where we build rapport. I will ask about your reasons for seeking therapy, your background, and concerns. This is an opportunity for me to understand your history and goals, and for you to ask questions. Together, we will outline what you hope to achieve and discuss how we can work towards those goals.
