Welcome! I am here to work with you to build an understanding of your past to create a renewed future.

My focus

My client base and men and women between the ages of 18 to 60 years old. I have availability in both off and as well as virtual sessions. Office sessions are Mon-Wed from 9 am to 1 pm. Virtually all sessions are held between 3 pm to 6 pm.

My approach

I provide therapeutic services through conversations and not interrogations. I discuss the individual's past, present, and future. Developing an understanding of the past will allow us to carefully craft goals and interventions to the individual's liking.

My communication style

I utilize simple calm conversations. I do take note so that I can make sure the complete conversation is captured.

My journey to mental healthcare

I obtained my social work licensure in 2005. I continued working in the mental health field and earned my LCSW-C licensure in 2009. I have maintained my licensure in Maryland. I opened my own private practice in 2021 and have worked with a number of outpatient mental health clinics as a director.

My goals for you

I begin with weekly sessions to build rapport and develop an understanding of how we are able to work together. This will include the completion of a timeline, which will lead to a treatment plan.

Our first session

The first session with me is a "Getting to Know You " session. Conversations and explanations of the next steps are done in the first session.
