My journey to mental healthcare

I pursued a career as a psychotherapist because I want to help people. I subscribe to the idea that when you help one person, you are also helping the whole world...one person at a time. I want people to feel good about who they are and have a life that allows them to look forward to each day.

I provide a framework that allows for self-reflection and increased motivation so that you reach the therapeutic and personal goals that you set for yourself.

A first session with me will consist of a discussion about what is currently happening in your life, your reason for seeking therapy, and a brief discussion of your family and life history that is relevant to a greater understanding of who you are and how your life experiences have shaped you.
