I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, and able to speak openly without fear of judgment. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can gain clarity, build self-awareness, and feel empowered to achieve meaningful growth and lasting change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been naturally drawn to listening and supporting others. I value the opportunity to understand each person’s unique experiences. This field feels like a glove, aligning closely with my strengths and identity. I find the work deeply meaningful and leave each session with a strong sense of purpose and fulfillment.

My goals for you

I regularly monitor progress and steer the direction of the session according to what the client is experiencing at the moment. I also focus on empowering patients through self-awareness and shared decision-making, so they feel confident taking an active role in their care, and to help them feel empowered.
