My journey to mental healthcare

I have been in the psychiatric field for over a decade, and my journey into mental healthcare was driven by a deep passion for helping others achieve emotional well-being. Early in my career, I witnessed the profound impact that compassionate, evidence-based mental health treatment can have on individuals and their families.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative and realistic approach to goal setting, working closely with patients to identify their priorities and create achievable steps toward progress. Goals are personalized, focusing on improving daily functioning, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.

Our first session

During the first session, patients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we focus on getting to know each other. I will conduct a thorough assessment, asking about their mental health history, current concerns, medical background, and lifestyle factors.
