My communication uses a variety of techniques to support my patients, which includes active listening, therapeutic communication techniques that involve empathy, nonverbal clues, personal spaces, cultural awareness, and professional touch.

My journey to mental healthcare

Having worked in psychiatric care for many years made me have a passion for this field. I help patients with a variety of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, substance abuse, trauma, and ADHD. I provide important services ranging from assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support.

My goals for you

To approach goal setting with patients, the key thing is to take a collaborative and patient-centered method, listening actively to their needs and concerns and working together to develop SMART goals that align with their values and desired outcomes.

Our first session

We'll discuss psychiatric history, substance use, family background, current mental health concerns in detail, medical history, and answer questions about your symptoms, triggers, past experiences, and potential treatment options including medication therapy while establishing rapport to build trust and understanding.
