I am a psychotherapist who provides a psychodynamic approach to therapy with an emphasis on short-term work. I help clients gain clarity and relief through focused, meaningful sessions.

I prefer working with adults who are experiencing mild depression or anxiety due to present stresses in life. I work with individuals in a focused, collaborative way.

I have always been interested in helping individuals gain a better sense of themselves. My work centers on creating space for self-discovery and meaningful change.
