I stress that everyone matters and has a purpose. While the content is serious in nature during sessions, I imbue a bit of levity and hope as appropriate.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have a diverse background with respect to my education and my multifaceted career endeavors, which lend well to my practice. I have been through many trials and tribulations in my own life and, while not what I would have intended, I have used these experiences to grow in my knowledge, my faith, and my ability to help others.

My goals for you

I like to present the process as a team-based approach where I come alongside you during your time of need, and together we determine the desired goals and objectives, and determine what it means to reach them.

Our first session

The first session is a time to get to know one another. It is also a time for me to review the requisite paperwork, gather information with respect to your background, why you are here, and what you wish to accomplish in your time working together.
