I offer a flexible, individualized approach to therapy. I create a warm, supportive space where clients can manage stress, build resilience, and strengthen their self-image. My goal is to help each person heal, grow, and rediscover joy in everyday life.
My focus
I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and self-esteem issues. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or the lingering impact of childhood emotional wounds. I help clients build emotional regulation, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with their sense of self.
My approach
I bring flexibility and a tailored approach to therapy, recognizing that each person's journey is unique. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My goal is to support clients in discovering their strengths and creating meaningful changes.
