My focus

I help individuals cope and adjust to living with chronic medical conditions. My specialty areas include obesity and weight management, problematic eating behaviors, binge-eating disorder, prediabetes and diabetes behaviors, chronic pain, gastrointestinal disorders, and pre- and post-bariatric surgery counseling.

I use behavioral medicine, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and nutritional psychology to promote lifestyle and health-behavior changes that enhance treatment outcomes. I apply evidence-based treatments to help you build sustainable habits that support your wellbeing.
