Sometimes life can throw you a curve ball and you need some support making a shift or a tune up on what you've already learned, better yet, just getting started and need someone who understands how difficult that can be. My goal is to support you and allow you to find your strength to work through what might have you stuck.

I work best with adults and older adult clients who believe in the therapeutic process and are willing to work to make change and be accountable for the change they desire to see and experience. Therapeutic alliance is vitally essential and happens when we agree on goals, tasks, and shared work toward well-being.
My approach
My approach is client-centered, supportive, and collaborative. Together, we make up the team, exploring challenges together. I use MI, SFBT, and CBT to support shifting your thoughts and behaviors to be productive, intentional, and purposeful, while increasing your confidence in using effective tools to help you cope.
