My communication style

I try to be very tactful when I am providing therapy to my clients because I work with many clients who are emotionally damaged. Many of my clients have advised me that my voice is very calming, which makes them feel comfortable while they are receiving therapy in my office.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been interested in human behavior for many years. This is the reason why I majored in psychology as an undergraduate student. My desire to help my clients become more self-actualized individuals drives me to do this work.

My goals for you

I ask my clients what their goals are during their first therapy session, in order that I will know how to develop my treatment plan.

Our first session

I use an intake form, which gives me demographic information concerning my clients. In addition, I ask my clients why they would like to participate in therapy and what are the goals that they would like to achieve.
