My approach
While my foundation is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. I also integrate other evidence-based modalities as needed, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and Biofeedback.
