I specialize in supporting teens and adults facing ADHD, anxiety and panic disorders, depression and mood disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder, PTSD and trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for whole-person care led me to become a psychiatric mental health provider. I've seen how closely mental and physical health are connected. Today, I'm honored to support teens and adults with compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

Our first session

My first session is a welcoming, judgment-free conversation where I'll get to know you—your concerns, history, and goals. We'll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discuss possible diagnoses, and begin exploring treatment options together. You'll have time to ask questions and share at your own pace.
