Hi there, I'm Pamela!

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck... unsure how to move forward but knowing something needs to shift. If that sounds like you, you’re not alone, and I’d be honored to support you through it. Hi, I’m Pam, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

My focus

I work with adults from many different backgrounds, including those facing trauma (past or recent), anxiety, grief, or struggles related to addiction or sobriety. I also support people going through major life changes — whether it's the loss of a relationship, becoming a parent, changing careers, or adjusting to a new chapter in life.

My approach

I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” method. I pull from different approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care — depending on what’s most helpful for you. Sometimes that means we’ll focus on building tools and strategies to manage overwhelming thoughts or emotions.
