My communication style

I use a collaborative, warm, and practical communication style designed to make you feel heard and respected from day one. I know that discussing your mental health and considering psychiatric medication can feel vulnerable or even overwhelming. Because of this, I deliberately create a relaxed, judgment-free and therapeutic environment.

My journey to mental healthcare

Driven by a desire to offer deeper healing, I advanced my education to specialize in psychiatry. My training instilled in me a rigorous mastery of psychopharmacology, & evidence-based therapeutic modalities. What truly defines my journey is the understanding that clinical expertise is only half the equation. True transformation comes with empathy.

My goals for you

We work closely as a team to define specific, realistic short-term and long-term milestones. Whether your target is to sleep better, manage workplace burnout, improve focus, reduce anxiety and depression, or feel more present with your loved ones, we make your milestones concrete and attainable. You are active participant in your treatment plan.

Our first session

We begin by discussing what brought you to care and the immediate challenges you are facing. You share only what you feel comfortable sharing. We look at the big picture of your health, including what has or hasn’t worked for you before. You will leave this first session with a clear diagnostic understanding, a personalized roadmap for recovery.
