My focus
I primarily work with individuals aged 18 and older from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds. My experience includes treating individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, women's issues, and supporting couples and families in navigating their challenges.
My approach
I build my practice on a strength-based model, empowering clients to recognize and utilize their own resilience and capabilities. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and a holistic approach to healing.
