Arie earned her B.S. in Neuroscience and Psychology and her Master’s in Counseling from Virginia Tech. She has experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds in private practice and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

My focus

Arie works with adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges, among other concerns. She blends neuroscience and psychology to create a supportive, personalized approach.
