My approach

My approach is person-centered, meaning sessions are open and non-directive. You do most of the talking while experiencing unconditional positive regard, nonjudgment, empathetic understanding, and genuineness. I also specialize in EFT (tapping), a holistic technique that addresses emotional stress contributing to distress.

My communication style

I believe in empowering clients as equal partners in the healing process. Sessions are supportive and flexible, allowing you the freedom to discuss your issues openly. I focus on education to help you identify patterns and barriers to wellness.
