My communication style

I try to be as direct as possible during my sessions with my clients out of a sense of respect. I don't want people to feel as though I am "doing" something to them.

My goals for you

I try to meet clients where they are a build manageable steps towards goals. Sounds trite, but it is how it's done. Focusing on the process of achieving the next step, not the end goals themselves.
