My communication style

My goal when meeting with patients is to have open communication and treat each other with dignity and respect, and build the therapeutic relationship on trust and honesty.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been in the healthcare field for the last 15+ years. I started my career working as a PSS/CNA in homes, taking care of individuals who needed assistance with their activities of daily living. Back in 2010, I graduated with my associate's degree, and while working as an Occupational Health Nurse for a large manufacturing facility.

My goals for you

It is important that each patient has a voice in their treatment, and I will work with each on to help make their treatment goals not only personalized but achievable as well.

Our first session

During the first session, I will ask several questions to get to know each patient as well as work with them on developing a treatment plan that best works for them. Information that will be gathered is the history of present illness, past diagnosis, family history, medication trials, as well as any current or past medical history.
