I work with individuals facing grief and loss, including pet loss and bereavement. I also support clients navigating life transitions, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and stress. For those going through menopause, I provide a supportive space for meaningful conversations around the unique emotional and physical challenges it presents.

I use a client-centered approach, drawing on cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered counseling, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based methods that fit your needs. I'll explain every approach so you understand the process. I often assign homework, reading, or apps to help you process between sessions.
