I meet clients where they are and provide compassionate, caring support. I work with people navigating commitment issues, divorce, depression, domestic violence, family of origin concerns, marital struggles, mood disorders, obsessions, compulsions, process addictions, stress, trauma, women's issues, and young adult challenges.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, technology and gambling addictions, communication issues, marital concerns, anger management, occupational burnout, adjusting to college, conflict resolution, childhood and adult trauma, and life after the pandemic.
My approach
I use Client-Centered Therapy to demonstrate positive regard and empathy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to explore the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, EMDR to help clients heal from trauma, Narrative Therapy to identify values and skills, and Motivational Interviewing to support behavior change.
