My communication style

I am very informal, transparent, and genuine when communicating and conducting therapy with clients. The younger the client, such as young children, the more active and hands-on I am in my therapeutic approach to assist clients in remaining engaged and driven through their therapy services.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to being a therapist as a result of mentoring an elementary child when I was a teen who struggled with anger issues and self-harm. I saw how his counselor was a huge help and how his life transformed because of his counselor.

My goals for you

I believe in a client-centered and led approach to goal setting. By using self-reflective techniques with the client, they will regularly, in every session, identify their values and goals for treatment.

Our first session

In our first session, clients can expect to be put at ease and made to feel comfortable and accepted. There is no embarrassment to be had because I am a firm believer that in our modern-day society, where we are all busy and independent from others, we all can use therapy and are our best selves when we have it!
