I specialize in working with kids, families, and adults experiencing issues including current and past trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and behavioral issues. My client focus is primarily on young adults who are experiencing difficulty navigating the world due to anxiety and depression. I can work with you to identify what is at the root of the issue and teach you ways to cope with feelings that are overwhelming and keep you from doing the things you want to do.
My approach
I approach therapy in a collaborative manner using Cognitive Behavioral Strategies to help you learn how to manage your mental health in a positive way while giving you skills to use with specific issues. I like to work with clients and have them decide what they want to do with therapy and then set goals together.
