Hi there, I'm Beth!

I take great pleasure in watching my clients' efforts result in positive changes. Changes can vary—dull eyes that now have a sparkle or the confidence to manage anxiety successfully—but all are awesome and one of the things I love most about my job.

My focus

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients of all ages in all levels of care. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, mood concerns, stress, co-occurring issues, and co-dependency.

My approach

I believe the counseling relationship is crucial to the therapeutic process. I also believe people have the right to make choices and the capacity to change and become their best selves. I use techniques that could be helpful based on the individual's situation, such as CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.
