I will work with you and at your pace to help uncover areas of personal strength, opportunities for resiliency, and strategies to navigate life's stressors. I strive for you to feel empowered to live authentically.

My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up in a rural part where therapeutic services were inaccessible to most people. Then, and now I believe everyone deserves access to therapy and a supportive environment.

My goals for you

We all have areas of life we want to improve, and I believe therapy simply serves as a guide. I will be there to offer clinical suggestions when appropriate, but will always respect your space and your pace.

Our first session

I focus the first session on developing rapport and getting to know you and your goals for therapy. I will ask clarifying questions and provide a framework to guide the session, but my goal is for you to be able to speak freely and share what matters to you.
