My focus
I work with adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, Veterans, and am comfortable with most alternative communities and working with neurodivergent folks. Areas include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, trauma, gender identity or sexual orientation exploration, relationships, substance use disorders, and parenting issues.
My approach
I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which is particularly helpful for folks dealing with anxiety or depression, but also is utilized for a broad range of issues. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and CBT for substance use disorders.
