I'm a woman veteran who loves helping people where they are. My approach is meeting you where you're at and creating goals together so we have a common focus. I have three boys and love animals—when I'm not working, I'm outside with my kids, in the garden, or with my dogs. I look forward to connecting with you.

I work with older teens and adults navigating trauma, attachment issues, developmental disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, Oppositional Defiant and Conduct Disorders, Bipolar, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, career stress, and gender identity.
My approach
My style is relational and conversational. I use cognitive behavior therapy and attachment-based techniques, often setting small weekly goals to build habits that support your larger therapy goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort, and building trust is essential to our work together.
