Hi there, I'm Rebecca!

I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. I am originally from New Mexico and met my husband in the United States Air Force. I am a woman veteran and have grown to love Minnesota and everything it has to offer.

My focus

I have experience and extensive background in providing therapeutic services to people with severe trauma histories, attachment issues, developmental disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Opposition Defiant and Conduct Disorders, Bipolar, and clients that are struggling with gender identity issues.

My approach

My style in therapy is relational and conversational. I prefer to use cognitive behavior therapy and attachment-based techniques in therapy most of the time. Sometimes therapy includes having small goals each week to help build habits that lead to the client's overall goals in therapy.
